In February of 2024, Sunny Glassware received an order from a customer, Peck. Compared with 2023, this number has doubled! Based on his high trust in Sunny Glassware, Peck gave this heavy trust to Sunny Glassware. He has a very urgent delivery date and sincerely hopes that Sunny Glassware can provide support.
At that time, our factory was busy responding to orders from other customers, but considering that this customer's business was at a critical stage of growth, we decided to adjust the production line and place orders for him.
After the team's hard work day and night, everything went very smoothly. We completed most of our orders on time and are on track to deliver on time. However, just yesterday, our QC team discovered a small flaw during inspection. Although this will not affect the basic functions and safety of the product, in order to maintain Sunny Glassware's commitment to customers and insistence on quality, we decided to redo this part of the product.
This means we need to readjust our production plans and work overtime to ensure product quality. But this also means that we can no longer deliver on time. After learning the news, the customer hoped that we would bear the air freight. We understand Peck's anxiety and expectations, but we also hope that Peck can understand our position and choices. Sunny Glassware is willing to bear part of the air freight as compensation and promises to stock his commonly used product glass aromatherapy bottles to better meet his needs in the future.
