About our PK culture, there is a certain origin.Shenzhen Sunny Glassware Co.,Ltd has more than 20 years of history,and we are very happy to work here. But the performance is always a big problem.the staff had a great time here, but when we see the big difference between their year-end income and the beginning of the expected revenue,they will feel sad. In order to change this situation, Our director Mr Frank Xu bring the PK culture to our company.at the beginning, some staffs do not like it. but we continuou to improvement process, presenters, music and other programs. PK culture has been taking root in our company.Therefore,it is very important to adhere to, now our company is focusing on the glass candlestick and do the best.
