Over the years of collaboration with Sunny Glassware, he has consistently been involved in personally designing new candle holders. However, recently, he expressed heartfelt satisfaction with a newly launched design by Sunny Glassware in-house design team. Even before receiving the products officially, he enthusiastically began marketing them, resulting in sales figures that far exceeded expectations.
Throughout our cooperation, I have repeatedly recommended Sunny Glassware independently developed creative candle holder series to Mr. Zoe. His responses were typically polite but non-committal, such as "unique design, thank you for sharing" or "thank you for your kindness, we will consider it." This was understandable given his stable product line and lack of immediate need for new items. Nevertheless, market trends are evolving, and consumer preferences are becoming increasingly diverse. In this highly competitive field of candle holder manufacturing, companies with independent design capabilities are rare. The turning point occurred in early 2023 when Mr. Zoe's design team unexpectedly sent an email expressing their admiration for one of our candle holder designs. They requested immediate technical drawings and quotations to participate in an upcoming bidding process. At that moment, I was thrilled and promptly shared the news with our chief designer, Roy. Equally excited, Roy swiftly organized the team to complete detailed drawings and renderings of various processing effects within just three days. We sent the information to the customer on the eve of the Spring Festival. During the subsequent holiday, despite being with my family, I remained anxious and eager for the project's success.
Upon returning to work after the holiday, I received confirmation from the customer that the order had been placed. The moment was exhilarating; all the waiting and hard work finally paid off. The customer provided high praise for our design and expressed great satisfaction.
In this collaboration, the customer placed a significant number of orders for the first time and named the candle holder "Stellar Glow." According to feedback, the product received a warm response during the market preheating stage, with tens of thousands of units reserved within just a few days.
