Can you still throw trash if you see these numbers?

I think a lot when I notice the above numbers.especially in my downstairs, in the morning when we go to work, the streets are very clean, because the cleaners start cleaning at 4:00 in every morning. But it is very dirty at night. It is very difficult for me to ask everybody, but it is easy for me to ask my children and cusion not throw the trash in the street and publilc place.
The products are glassware in Shenzhen Sunny Glassware Co.,Ltd, the broken glassware are very easy to hurt the hands,when we throw the broken glassware, we will put it in the plastic bag or box first,then throw it into the trash can.
